beer and ballet, but not related
Beer. So I just found out that my parents used to DRIVE BACK from Colorado with a truckload (literally, the old pickup FULL) of none other than COORS and COORS LIGHT!!! We had the stuff around all throughout my growing up years. But lo and behold, back in the day, getting that stuff in Florida was UN HEARD OF. I guess it's kinda like taking Fat Tire back to my friends in the ATL. Um, except now Fat Tire distributes there, too (via the Coors distributors, I might add!)
In any case, I love finding out that I am just like my parents in some way. I will smuggle as much Yorkshire tea as possible, drive cases of Shiner Bock to my Texas friends when I can, transport all sorts of vino across state lines... and my parents used to do the same thing! The apple STILL does not fall far from the tree (in some cases).

And as for ballet. I freaking love it. I am absolutely horrible at it and as a dancer I have about as much grace as an alligator in an avalanche - but whatever, I'm always having a great time in class. Just thought I'd share, since I went out in the minus 2 degrees to go to class tonight in the studio that has only SPACE HEATERS. :) The things we do for LOVE!!!

Alligator in an avalanche? Haha, that's a wonderful metaphor :)
All hail Fat Tire! Mmm...
Oh, get this! Heading to the White Mountains in New Hampshire the day or two after Christmas! AND Boston on the way! Going to try and find some snowshoes... later GATOR!
